After the successful opening of the marketing suite in September 2015 we are delighted to announce that we are now 50% sold across the scheme, confirming The Atlas Building as seriously hot property.
The delivery of the first tower crane on site is the start of much more high level activity to come at The Atlas Building. For now however most of the action remains on or in the ground, with the excavation of the basement level underway.
Excavation of the basement will be complete within the next three months and during this time we expect to remove around 20,700m3 of material from the site.
